About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HeatingEngineer to join our West Local Delivery Team on a 6-month fixedterm contract. This role will ensure that repairs / servicing /installations and breakdowns are carried out, providing a timely,efficient, and high standard of work to our properties. This is akey role in ensuring that our homes are maintained to a highstandard, for us to provide an excellent service to our tenants andto ensure that we fulfil our legal obligations, so if you want tohelp make a difference to our tenants, this may be the job foryou

AboutYou
The successful candidate willhave experience of working as a qualified Heating Engineer and willbe CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, UVHWS and EEDH Qualified as well asbeing Gas Safe Registered.
It would bebeneficial if the successful candidate has experience of workingwithin Social Housing and will have experience of renewable heatingsystems including ASHP, Solar Thermal, HR and MVHR accreditedqualification to BPEC level or equivalent. As well as be ITliterate, have good literacy and numeracy skills as well asexcellent communication skills. A driving licence and DBS Check isan essential requirement of the role.
