- Provide quality management-related content, tools, and systems to Leadership.
- Providing specific training material and training sessions.
- Continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related QMS.
- Performs audits to assess compliance with the defined system.
- Uses quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
- Acts as a local process owner for defined quality-related processes.
- Undertakes activities related to designated Quality areas.
- Act as the voice of the customer for Quality related scenarios.
- Following a robust root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Supports and maintains the quality management system.
- Utilises QMS to provide the local teams with procedures that enable sustainable execution.
- Coordinates and participates in benchmarking activities within the industry.
- Data Analysis & Reporting.
- Quality Assurance & Excellence.
- Supplier Relationship Management.
- Practical Problem solving (Facilitator), 8D or 6 sigma experience. Green Belt.
- Internal auditor ISO 9001.
