DUTIES – Quality EngineerProvide quality management-related content, tools, and systems to Leadership.Providing specific training material and training sessions.
Continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related QMS.Performs audits to assess compliance with the defined system.
Uses quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
Acts as a local process owner for defined quality-related processes.
Undertakes activities related to designated Quality areas.
Act as the voice of the customer for Quality related scenarios.
Following a robust root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Supports and maintains the quality management system.
Utilises QMS to provide the local teams with procedures that enable sustainable execution.
Coordinates and participates in benchmarking activities within the industry.
EXPERIENCE – Quality EngineerData Analysis & Reporting.
Quality Assurance & Excellence.
Supplier Relationship Management.
Practical Problem solving (Facilitator), 8D or 6 sigma experience. Green Belt.
Internal auditor ISO 9001.Advanced Product Quality Planning.
