    Chief Marketing Officer

    Location: ManchesterDescriptionREFY BEAUTY is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in brand building and creating legacy brands.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative go-to-market strategies and brand-led growth plans to elevate REFY BEAUTY's presence in the market.The CMO will oversee various teams including Brand Marketing, Creative and Brand, Product, and Digital/E-commerce, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and values.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and brand strategies that resonate with REFY BEAUTY's target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Drive product marketing initiatives, including product launches, positioning, and messaging, to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
  • Champion brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the marketing organisation. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the marketing teams, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, with a strong background in brand building and creating legacy brands.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive business growth and market share.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • LExperience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus.
