    How will you make an impact?
  • A proactive self-starter keen to learn, develop and forge a successful career in digital marketing.
  • Degree educated, or relevant marketing experience in either a professional or personal capacity.
  • A strong foundation and/or understanding of Email Marketing / CRM and be curious about using data insight to drive decision making.
  • Previous CRM experience, within an online or retail background is desirable but not essential.
  • Desire to master email marketing with a willingness to develop skills in other digital channels.
  • Knowledge of the different digital marketing channels and understanding of the role played by email in the digital channel mix.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Resilient, focused under pressure with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised, hard-working, with a positive attitude
  • Confident – strong at presenting ideas and debating when required.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
