Quality Engineer, Bicester – Hybrid, £45,000pa - £50,000pa plus bonus and benefits: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join a market leading manufacturer of specialist systems and devices during a period of growth.
This business has recently moved into a new building and have steadily grown over the last 15 years.The successful Quality Engineer will be responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of all quality processes, in order to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards.
This role will suit a Quality Engineer who enjoys all aspects of quality, not just auditing as this is a balanced quality role.
Hybrid working is available, where you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.Support the Quality Manager with the administration of IR's, in addition to IR report generation and external auditors as required.
Support with the administration and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).Gather data and generate reports to support decision making within the team and wider business.
Support the Quality Manager to ensure the ongoing compliance with the relevant quality, industry and regulatory standards.
Identify the need for and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
The successful Quality Engineer will need ideally be qualified with technical qualification, and have a combination of the following:
Knowledge and experience of root cause analysis and corrective action, logical approach to resolution of issues.
Data:
Proven experience of collating, analysing, and presenting data.
Quality:
IT Skills: Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Our client is offering an excellent salary of up to £50,000pa plus a yearly bonus, pension, flexible working, and an early finish Friday.
