- Previous working experience of working in Corporate Treasury experience
- Mentoring teams to success and driving delivery
- Hold an accounting or treasury qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AMCT)
- Advanced excel skills for reporting and formatting robust reports
- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail, problem-solving and the ability to influence change in the organisation
- Strong relationship builder and ability to work in partnership with networks
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Assist in maintaining banking relationships and the contribution to the global cash management and liquidity strategy
- Lead global cash management and investment initiatives
- Lead treasury system implementations and improvements
- Compliance and KYC reporting
- Prepare monthly treasury reports for senior management
- Analyse and report Group exposures
- Assist the Assistant Group Treasurer with the Group's hedging strategy proposing new techniques in line with the Treasury Policy
- Implement a weekly cash flow forecast for the Group
- Manage and process changes of static data in the Group's Treasury Management System
- Support ad-hoc projects - strategic, regulatory and audits
