    Technology Learning Lead

    Location: Commutable distance to Winchester / London. Arqiva offer a flexible working model whereby site visits will be led by meetings / role commitments

    Total Package

    • Up to £71K base salary

    A learning specialist focused on our Technology areas with a specific focus on our implementation of agile methodologies with the ability to train, coach, and facilitate the upskilling of our Technology team to support our product-led focus enabling us to deliver on our customer expectations. You will be responsible for providing dedicated and sustained energy and effort to upskilling our employees to support Arqiva's shift to cross-functional, agile ways of working.

    The role

    • To capture, prioritize, and facilitate requirements to enable a comprehensive learning plan that is budgeted, resourced, and aligned with other People & Culture and Technology activities
    • Support the implementation of agile methodologies by facilitating learning and development interventions with individuals and teams on the key principles and approaches
    • Coach employees in cross-functional teams to develop the mindset required to enable cross-functional working teams, including customer centricity and our culture goals
    • Work alongside our product teams to understand the pipeline and scope of learning requirements in the short, medium, and long term
    • Captures all technology-related learning requirements and prioritizes these against customer impact, available resource, and budget
    • Partner with suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes and optimize the full scope of their learning offer
    • Capture the skill requirements for all roles across Technology and work with stakeholders within People & Culture to convert this into impactful and actionable data
    • Encourage the utilization of our learning processes and platforms and be a proactive advocate for our well-being, diversity, and wider development initiatives
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer across our Arqiva colleagues to ensure best practice and business continuity

    The person

    • Experience of working with and leading sessions on agile methodologies
    • Experience of delivering high-impact learning interventions
    • Experience of diagnosing learning needs and delivering and brokering a range of interventions
    • Proven track record of listening to complex requirements and converting them into simple, actionable recommendations
    • Experience of holding external partners to account for their delivery against agreed outcomes in an agreed timescale
    • Experience of successful collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
    • Track record of delivering measurable impact through work assignments / projects
    • Experience of creating learning materials and impactful communications
    • Experience of delivering impactful coaching conversations
