    Description

    Are you ready to take the next step forward in management? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen in our Learning Disability Day Services.

    As a Team Leader you will be part of a great management team providing day services to adults with a learning disability in Bexhill.

    Ensuring the service provides excellent, strength based and outcome focused support to clients, so they have a great day and are part of their local community.

    Leading and building the team, making day to day decisions, considering health & safety and quality assurance.
    You will Lead and coordinate a staff team, including rota planning. Liaise with parent's carers, stakeholders, and other professionals, attend associated meetings, preparing reports and support planning.

    Are able to lead a team of support workers to provide responsive support to people with a learning disability.

    Have good ICT skills, including proficient use of Word, Excel, email and Outlook with the ability to produce information in an accessible format.

    Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle at all times.

    You will have access to excellent induction and training opportunities that will enhance and develop your skills to achieve your career goals.

    We currently operate on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
    You will need to be available to work between the hours of 0800 to 1930 on a rota basis.

    This post is subject to an EnhancedDBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previouslythe Criminal Records Bureau).

    Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

    Work Permits:

    we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
