    Property Loss Adjuster We have open opportunities in and around the below regions:ScotlandSouth-East England/LondonEast Anglia As our next Property Loss Adjuster, you'll handle a range of claims of varying complexity and value; and you'll enjoy working to a broad and busy caseload.

    You will also be motivated by every day being different.

    So, you'll need to come to us with a strong background in both Domestic and Commercial claims, and the appetite to operate in a remote team within a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.


    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Work to achieve agreed activity levels with the intention of continuously reducing WIP throughout the yearProcess all invoices and approve estimates within 5 working days of receipt/agreementTake responsibility for issuing interim fees during the claim life cycle as highlighted centrallyFull completion of all prepared site note templates and associated documentation within set SLA'sEnsure that the data contained in Cq is accurate at all timesAssist in maintaining accurate management information by completing spreadsheets as necessary Reduce elapsed timescales by providing and fostering a pro-active approach to file managementIdentify cases of possible fraud and recoveries and refer as appropriate within set SLA'sWork to ensure correct policy interpretation and validationPrepare, check and approve where appropriate, reports for clients in accordance with agreed SLA's and formatsEnsure files are up to audit standards at all timesIn conjunction with designated colleagues pro-actively update customers and clients where necessary in accordance with agreed client SLA'sTake responsibility for following agreed/documented procedures when dealing with problems and complaintsBuild good working relationships with clients and staff, internal and external to the Davies GroupMaintain an awareness of business opportunities and refer all identified opportunities to Davies GroupHigh level of Property Loss Adjuster experienceAlready hold or working towards recognised professional qualifications at a diploma levelAccuracy, attention to detail and an analytical approachStrong verbal and written communicationDemonstrable experience of organising and managing own workload is essentialAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environment where flexibility is required to accommodate peaks and troughs in workloadExcellent time management to be able to work to short/changing deadlines5 Grade A-C's GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and EnglishBeing prepared to work nationally on occasion with overnight staysBeing prepared to work on standby on a rota and during busy times at weekends and public bank holidays
