    Foundation Northern Ireland – HR Business Partner (Part-time, 17.5 hours)

    Community Foundation Northern
    Ireland is an independent grant making trust which empowers and supports local
    communities in Northern Ireland to build a better future.

    The organisation has awarded millions
    of pounds to community groups and charitable organisations across Northern
    Ireland to support a range of issues, including health, education,
    peacebuilding, social justice, the arts and homelessness.

    The work of the Foundation is
    delivered by a relatively small team of 30 who are valued, empowered and
    supported to achieve its ambitions. Put simply: Community Foundation Northern
    Ireland is a great place to work with the clear ambition of being the best Charity
    in Northern Ireland to work for.

    The Foundation is now recruiting
    to the newly created role of HR Business Partner on a part-time basis to
    support both strategic and operational delivery of the human resources function
    across the organisation. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive and
    provides exposure across a range of generalist activities.

    The right candidate will be CIPD
    qualified to level 5 or above and have at least three years' experience in an
    HR generalist role. It is also beneficial if you have had experience in
    developing and implementing employee wellbeing initiatives.

    The opportunity presents the rare
    proposition for an experienced HR generalist seeking part-time hours to join an
    organisation which has a huge positive impact on the communities it supports and
    also lives by its values in terms of the working environment fostered for its
    most critical asset – its people.
