    HR Business Partner Northwest Region VANRATH are partnering with an all
    • Ireland food manufacturer, operating both North and South of Ireland, keen to appoint a HR Business Partner to their site located in the Northwest Region of Northern Ireland.
    As a key member of the Group HR Team, the Human Resources Business Partner will be a trusted advisor and a strategic and operational partner to the business.

    They will be a key influencer both within the HR function and with Management and other colleagues across the business.

    Working closely with the Head of HR NI/UK and other HR colleagues, the HR Business Partner will support a consistent and transparent adoption of people policies and practices across the business.

    They will have responsibility for promoting HR policies and systems as part of the Company's People Strategy for talent attraction, development, and retention.

    The Person The role requires a candidate to have gained a third level degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD Level 7 qualification.

    Candidates must have several year's relevant experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner. Experience within FMCG/Manufacturing would be considered advantageous. The successful candidate will also have experience of working in a fast-paced challenging environment managing multiple projects.
