- Maintain knowledge of evidence-based research and new developments in Therapy Services, disseminate and apply this in North Lincolnshire.
- Provide a strong professional lead role, and at times provide direct coaching and mentoring, to team managers, back care advisor and others, in order to support the achievement of strategic, operational and personal development objectives
