    Description

    Careat are actively seeking a committed Registered Manager to become part of a dynamic healthcare team in Dundee. Situated conveniently near local facilities and superb transport connections, our client offers a warm, home-like, and encouraging setting for its residents. Specializing in a variety of care options for senior individuals, the client places the physical and mental wellness of each resident at the core of their mission.

    The Role:
    As the Registered Manager, you'll be:

    • Ensuring compliance with Care regulations.
    • Be a team leader, have stamina, be kind and compassionate.
    • Manage and work with a varied team from owners, support co-ordinators and care professionals.
    • Oversee staff reviews, development and progressions.
    • Promote the highest standards of care and service.
    • Committing to drive the business forward.
    • Manage client consultations and family contacts.
    • Be reliable, honest and keep team motivation.
    • You will be responsible for managing on call out of hours cover with your team.
    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for this Registered Manager role will have:
    • A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
    • Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, care at home services.
    • Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
    • Has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
    • Has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
    • Has strong organisation and planning skills.
    • Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
    • Excellent communication skills and good time keeping.
    • A desire to genuinely help people and make a difference.
    The Package:
    For the Registered Manager role, the company offers:
    • Excellent base salary (£32,000 - £35,000 + Bonus Structure, however any salary bands are welcome for a chat).
