    The types of projects we work on and clients we work with is changing as we grow.

    We are starting to work more and more with large, client-side organisations and with that comes a need for writing bids and detailed RFP's for us to continue along this path.

    If that's a yes, then you might just be the bid writing hero we are looking for. We are Laminar Projects
    We are a developer of construction software and a high-end construction project management consultancy. Improving construction strengthens the very foundation of human civilisation.(Watch our short film about it )
    As a consultancy, we are focused on genuinely upgrading the way construction projects are delivered.

    We bring control and clarity to projects using a pragmatic mix of the latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense.

    To fully digitise the construction of human civilisation

    You will source, write and manage the bids, RFP's and any other technical sales related content that will be pivotal in helping us achieve our strategic goals.

    Our sales team work closely with a wide range of our team to win us new clients to work with.

    We work across the supply chain and in both the private and public sectors so there are several different angles and approaches we take to work winning but ultimately it often comes down to deeply understanding client requirements and telling great stories to reflect this understanding.


    Writing to win:

    Build a winning knowledge asset: You will be a proven sales leader with a specialism in bid writing and management.


    Mastery:
    Outstanding bid writing and bid management skills with a keen eye for detail. A proven track record of writing and leading winning high value bids and RFP's.

    Widely regarded as one of the best bid writing professionals in construction globally with a track record to back it up.

    Initially this role will be focused on sourcing, writing and managing bids and RFP's.
    This role is likely to be mostly remote and home-based. Paid Annual Leave 25 days + statutory Bank Holidays
