- Development and maintenance of new/existing web applications
- Supporting other Bridewell teams and services to design and build automation and cloud orchestration capabilities
- Creating secure CI/CD integration pipelines
- Development and optimisation of Bridewell cloud service offerings within Microsoft Azure
- Maintain an improve existing serverless cloud technologies
- Creating useable automated tests
- Producing clear and concise documentation
- Diagnosing and fixing bugs
- Working closely with senior and business stakeholders to develop and deliver requirements
- Assisting and mentoring of junior team members
- Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud services such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, serverless and other key services
- Existing experience building cloud first systems within Microsoft Azure
- Leading large projects and running small product teams
- An analytical mind, strong attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- Commercial and business awareness
- Passionate about security
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Motivated to pick up new technologies
- Naturally driven, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Familiarity with MVC pattern and .NET/.NET Core (essential)
- Familiarity with C# and Typescript (essential)

- Strong understanding of Web Services/APIs (essential)
- Azure experience (essential)
- Understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with NoSQL (desirable)
- Familiarity with secure software development practices (desirable)
