Delighted to be supporting a well-established National law firm in recruiting for a Head of Soft Facilities and Office Management based in Bristol but with responsibility for 8 other offices where you will also directly manage a team of office managers.

This firm are looking for an experienced and service-focused people manager to manage a large team including 8 office managers in delivering a "white glove" level of customer service to all end users in the firm.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Colleague and Client Experience.


You will be joining a small but highly collaborative and friendly team within the Client Suite and Business Services areas, that provides integral support functions within the firm.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the document management and mailroom support function
  • Liaison with landlords and tenants at property meetings
  • Ensure compliance with building lease
  • Management of Business Continuity Plan
  • Manage office space, office moves and ensuring maximum utilisation
  • Management of mailroom and document management
  • Budgets and forecasting
  • Health and Safety protocols
  • Management of procurement system
  • Ensuring offices are as presentable and clean as possible for client meetings

Experience Sought:


  • Team management managing 4 or more people directly
  • Influencing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Professional Services experience (desirable)
  • Facilities Management or Senior Office Management experience
