About the role
Our Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of sizeable Change Projects across Atlanta Group. A key role for us in the team, you will be responsible for driving a number of projects in the business, that vary in scale, complexity and budget. Define, plan, lead, deliver and monitor progress for one or more large Projects to Time, Cost and Quality measures. The projects led by Senior Project Managers tend to be large, complex and involve Stakeholder Management up to an including Executive and 'C-suite' and level.
How will you do this?
Joining our busy technology team, you will use your experience in project management to deliver change at pace, whilst demonstrating more innovative, efficient ways of working. You will ensure the safe implementation of change through engagement and collaboration with impacted business areas. A good communicator and natural relationship builder, you know how to engage and influence effectively as you manage both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery.
Putting your project management experience knowledge to use, you will manage and execute a number of project processes and controls to ensure the effective governance and control of projects throughout their lifecycles. This includes finance and resourcing, planning, risk management, scope control, benefits management and reporting. With a detail-oriented approach, you are able to report progress on complex project data in a simplified way for different audiences.
Deputise for Programme Managers and other Senior Project Managers and Project Managers when required whilst remaining constantly curious, you are always learning about industry best practice, whilst helping to encourage a highly collaborative, engaging and inclusive culture within the team.

How we work
Hybrid role with a home location in Manchester, Southport or Stoke, alongside home-working and regular travel between sites, with occasional travel to 3rd party locations.
