- Maintain and update customer rate tariffs including handover to Tariff Management Team
- Maintain carrier contract agreements including handover to Tariff Management Team
- Participate in carrier review meetings including preparing presentations and statistics
- Provide general support to the Trade Management Team as required
- Support and manage completion of long-term customer tender responses
- Monitor customer volume performance against agreed commitments
- Monitor Metro volume performance to core carriers against agreed commitments
- Monitor NAC and FAK market rate developments on major trades and share intel internally
- Engage with market intel partners ensuring full awareness of future developments so maximum value and ROI is generated (e.g. Xeneta)
- Review volume allocation of NAC and FAK per carrier ensuring optimal yield
- Support carrier landside negotiations and take administrative ownership of communicating updates and maintaining costs
- Provide regular trade and carrier management reporting in-line with team requirements
- Other tasks as required
- Strong Ocean Freight background essential
- Good knowledge of Ocean carrier landscape
- Good understanding of ocean market and trades
- Strong communication skills
