    THE POST

    Required for 1 September 2024, the Trustees are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, experienced 2nd in Charge English teacher to teach and lead a key stage inEnglish in our Free school, which opened to Year 7 only in September 2022 and in September 2024 will have students in Y7 – 9. The ability to teach up to GCSE is essential and the ability to teach to A level desirable. The successful candidate will be a joining the team of highly experienced English teachers within the School who work collaboratively with staff at Barton Court Grammar School. The TLR2c will progress to a TLR2b over time as the school grows and the level of responsibility increases.

    The successful candidate should be able to deliver excellence in the classroom, providing innovative and inspirational teaching and learning. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to work with colleagues to build a vibrant and outstanding department. This post is suitable for an experienced professional looking to further their expertise. This post attracts a Recruitment and Retention allowance of £2,000pa for the right candidate.
