    Description

    We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Deputy SENDCo to support the SENDCo in getting the best possible outcomes for children who are vulnerable or have SEND.

    We are able to offer a wide range of CPL opportunities for staff across a range of stages in their careers.

    You may already hold a SENDCo qualification, if not we would provide training in order for you to achieve this.

    The successful candidate must be:

    Oathall is an ambitious and forward thinking 11-16 community college with 1100 students. The school is characterised by our high expectations and an absolute commitment to raising standards and achievement for all. We are strategic partners in a local federation with 3 other local secondary schools. We are committed to Continuing Professional Learning through a strong training programme.

    All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
