- Sells products/systems to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Divisions.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems offering, and align to provide a solution.
- Prepares sales plans using company tools.
- Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
- Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales technique.
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- +3 years of experience working in similar position.
- Commercial experience in the energy area and sales force management.
- Knowledge in medium and low voltage equipment and experience in blueprint reading.
- Technical knowledge of medium voltage products.
- Availability to travel (40%).
- Fluent English, Spanish desirable.
