    Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant ( Technology Team)

    Location: London, UK

    Open to: Hybrid, Remote, On-site

    • You have a proven track record in high-performing recruitment teams
    • Agile and adaptive, showcasing confidence in navigating fast-paced trading and technology environments
    • Extensive experience collaborating with diverse clients to build teams and attract top talent
    • Adept at encouraging strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
    • Passionate about harnessing data insights to drive business growth and deliver results
    • Skilled at prioritizing workloads and excelling in dynamic, multi-faceted tasks

    Position Highlights:

    • Spearhead client hiring campaigns, creating innovative searches and diverse pipelines, and market mapping across platforms
    • Leverage AI-driven platforms to craft compelling recruitment content, proposals, and communications
    • Conduct in-depth talent mapping to identify and nurture high-caliber candidates and decision-makers
    • Design and implement scalable processes that deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences
    • Contribute to Algo Capital's growth through global impacting projects
    • Driving and scoping DEIB (Diversity, Equality, Inclusivity + Belonging) initiatives with team members to support inclusive hiring practices
    • Provide consultative guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices
    • Stay current with latest technologies to effectively engage technical candidates and clients
    • Mentor and train junior recruitment consultants on industry-specific best practices
