    Position Summary:
    Pintu Sethi, Sr.

    Product & Engineering Program Management organization at Perforce is searching for a Program Manager, Program Management to join the team.

    This is an individual contributor role.


    Responsibilities:
    Tracks and maintains the project and program schedules (including all internal and external deliverables), resolving schedule conflicts.
    Updates internal reports weekly.
    Organizes project checkpoints and tracks milestone and checkpoint deliverables.
    Coordinates and drives resolution for internal and external dependencies.
    Ability to effectively organize large amounts of information.
    Uses professional concepts, company policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems.
    Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
    Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
    Mostly solely responsible for single project.
    Ability to present several solution options and articulate their differences.

    Primary intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters or those pertaining to the project or program.

    Knowledge of project/product life cycle.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong in Atlassian suite particularly Jira CloudProficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
    Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
