Description

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for two Senior Technicians - Voids to join our busy Voids & Estates Team. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience and knowledge of repairs and maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out an efficient and "quick turnaround "void programme, carrying out pre and post-inspections providing written specifications in line with the void standard, contractor performance management, and participate actively in service development. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing technical advice to the repairs team on a day-to-day basis and carrying out repairs and decorations to restore empty properties to letting standard to void properties.
