Senior FinancialAdvisor

Overview:

Myclient is currently seeking a skilled and motivated SeniorFinancial Advisor to join their team in the United Kingdom. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for providing expertfinancial advice to clients managing and growing their portfoliosand contributing to the overall success of the financial servicesdivision.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients tounderstand their needs goals and risk tolerance.

Provide tailored financial advice and recommend suitable investmentstrategies products and services.

Manage andnurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction andretention.

Develop a deep understanding offinancial markets products and industry trends to stay informed andoffer informed advice.

Utilize a combination ofwarm leads cold leads and SelfGenerated Market Fund (SMF) leads tomaximize client acquisition.

Effectivelycommunicate complex financial concepts to clients in a clear andunderstandable manner.

Collaborate with the teamto achieve overall business objectives and contribute to a positiveworking environment.

Keep abreast of industryregulations and compliancestandards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Financial Advisor in the UK financialmarket.

Relevant financial qualifications (e.g.CISI CII or equivalent).

Strong understanding offinancial products investment strategies and markettrends.

Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.

Selfmotivated andtargetdriven.

Existing client portfolio orability to build and maintainone.

Remuneration:

50000 basicsalary.

25% fee split on warmleads.

35% fee split on coldleads.

10% fee split on SelfGenerated MarketFund (SMF) leads.

OTE of andabove.

Additional Information:

Bank of clients will be provided.

Opportunitiesfor enhanced commission splits on SelfGenerated Market Fund (SMF)leads when bringing in own clients.
