- Conduct Induction Training and oversee Set-Up days before Camp
- Complete paperwork and high-risk activities according to Barracudas Activity Codes of Practice
- Enforce Health and Safety regulations for a secure environment
- Organize diverse Camp timetables with suitable activities for different ages and equipment use
- Coordinate Early and Late Club sessions, responsible for staffing and activities scheduling
- Communicate with Area Managers and Central Office regularly
- Utilize sports knowledge to guide staff, ensure safety, and enhance activities
- Demonstrate new activities to build staff confidence in delivery
- Timetable Skill Builders courses and ensure correct execution
- Oversee paperwork with Specialist Instructors: Multi-Activity, Fencing+, and Lifeguards
- Communicate with parents and guardians daily
- Maintain site and equipment tidiness
- Assess and review staff performance for seasonal evaluations
- Mandatory Senior Training events attendance
- Sporting and Coaching experience, ideally with children, or team leadership
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check through Barracudas or existing Enhanced DBS on Update Service
- Provide satisfactory professional/academic references
- Participate in and deliver Induction Training Day(s)
- Desirable Barracudas Multi-Activity qualification
- Complete Online Training annually
- Assist in camp pack up
- Preferably Paediatric First Aid trained
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and safe systems
- Proactively address safety concerns
- Prepare for Induction training using relevant manuals
- Conduct staff evaluations at contract end
- Report Child Protection concerns to Central Office Designated Person
- Ensure staff awareness of children's additional needs
- Administer necessary medication correctly and document
- Bring daily swimwear for potential swimming support
- SSI role may vary based on camp children numbers
- Adapt to changing organizational needs and objectives
