    Exciting Opportunity: Senior Sports Instructor - Summer Camp - Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire

    Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Maximum 45 hours per week)

    Compensation: Competitive weekly salary based on experience, qualifications, and camp size

    Responsibilities of Senior Sports Instructor:

    • Lead Induction Training and Set-Up days
    • Ensure safety compliance and organize diverse activities
    • Coordinate Early and Late Club sessions
    • Communicate effectively with management on a regular basis
    • Provide guidance to staff and enhance activity quality
    • Review staff performance and ensure site maintenance

    Requirements:

    • Sporting or Coaching experience
    • Authorization to work in the UK
    • Enhanced DBS check
    • Relevant qualifications and training
    • Additional training duties and responsibilities

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Prioritize Health and Safety procedures
    • Conduct staff evaluations and report child protection concerns
    • Administer medication and support swimming sessions as needed
    • Adapt to changing roles and business objectives
