Foster a culture of task ownership in project execution and align project management practices with company standards and customer expectations.
Guarantee the Engineering and Technical Support Departments deliver effective support promptly to both internal and external stakeholders, improving customer satisfaction and product reliabilityPromotion of Engineering Excellence:
Prior knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and associated technologies is highly beneficial.
Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure engineering projects support broader business aims, fostering a sense of working together to achieve the same goal.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure engineering practices comply with industry and legal standards, maintaining the company's commitment to quality. Specifically ensure compliance with our ISO policies and processes.
Ensure the highest standards of adherence to good practice for Health and Safety, this includes training and equipment provision, policy application and development.
Strong understanding of BMS technology, IoT solutions, and smart building concepts.
