    Description
    We are looking for a talented System Configuration Analyst to join our team. It is not essential to have prior experience in Fintech and there are clear progression opportunities as we grow.

    The System Configuration Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and configuration of our software solutions for clients.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients.

    1)

    System Configuration:
    Collaborate with Service Delivery Analysts and clients to understand their business requirements and configure the software system accordingly.
    Implement and maintain system configurations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
    Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolution.
    Assist with technical support and guidance to Service Delivery Analysts during the onboarding process.
    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations for internal and external reference.
    Contribute to knowledge base articles to enhance team efficiency and training.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation and configuration processes.

    1) System Configuration Analyst (Current Role):
    Focus on mastering system configurations and client support.
    2)

    Lead System Configuration Analyst:
    Assist in training new team members.
    Serve as an immediate escalation point for complex issues before involving Senior Analysts.
    3)

    Senior System Configuration Analyst:
    Lead projects and contribute to process improvements.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    Proven experience in system configuration and support roles.
    Previous experience with SQL.
