An excellent development opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Theatre Team at MWL Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. We are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated individual to join our highly skilled and dedicated team of Nursing, ODP and Medical Staff as a Theatre Team Lead at Whiston Theatres.
The role consists of the day to day management of the Theatre department at Whiston and St Helens hospitals, to include line management responsibility for the service specialty.
The post holder should be committed to providing first class care to all patients, and must have excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
You will be responsible and accountable for the day-to-day supervision of a dedicated team of staff ensuring the delivery of a safe, cost effective clinical care.
Supporting the Operational Leads in promoting and implementing the principles of the 6C's;
