    Description

    Success Recruit are currently working with a well-established removals company who are seeking an experienced Temporary Part Time Administrator to join their busy team based in Central Essex.


    The successful Temporary Part Time Administrator will be able to demonstrate strong administrative and communications skills working within a small supportive team environment and be responsible for providing administration support daily to the Managing Director and Office Manager.

    This position will be temporary until December 2024 with a view to potentially going permanent.

    The successful Temporary Part Time Administrator will be expected to:


    • Demonstrate strong administrative skills using Excel and / or Google Sheets
    • Demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Be a team player and offer admin support to the wider team when required
    The successful Temporary Part Time Administrator will be rewarded with:

    Job Description


    The Temporary Part Time Administrator will be an integral team member, supporting the business with all administrative tasks, as well liaising with their 5 surveyors, and dealing with customer enquiries.


    Duties to include but not limited to:

    • Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and taking clear and concise messages from customers
    • Booking quotation appointments via email and phone
    • Booking in removals dates ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed
    • Answering any customer queries, supporting them with the removal process
    • Sending out marketing information daily
    • Supporting with any other administrative duties as and when required


    This position will suit someone who wants to take ownership of their workload and who enjoys working with a small team, as well as having the ability to learn and progress in their career.

    The ability to build relationships with customers over the telephone is essential and would suit anyone who has previously worked in a customer service, office admin position.


    Salary:
    £12.00 per hour

    Hours: 24 hours in total as below, hours ideally to be as below although some potential flexibility may be discussed


    • Tuesday: 10:30am – 5.30pm
    • Wednesday: 08:30am – 2:30pm
    • Thursday: 1pm – 5:30pm
    • Friday: 10:30am – 5:00pm
