Our client a global partner for the delivery of education and cultural relations between the UK and the world to promote peace and harmony and understanding would like to engage a Global Director of People Solutions.
This role will support their People Operations Globally post transformation, you will have responsibility for MENA, APAC and the Americas and support the delivery of HR Operations including the COE and Shared Service Function.
Experience globally with Shared Services, change and transformation within a complex matrix organisation is essential in addition to working with 3rd party providers to deliver services.
This hybrid role could be based in London, Belfast, Manchester, Edinburgh or Cardiff.
