    Job Description

    Are you a PR Account Manager looking to join a collaborative, loyal and supporting PR and marketing agency in their Birmingham office? With just 3 days a week onsite, there is loads of opportunity to be flexible and work in a way that suits you. You will be working with a portfolio of Property and Construction clients. If you are looking to be part of a well-established agency, but part of their exciting growth plans, this would be a great opportunity. You will have the opportunity to learn from a talented team and get involved with some big brand names. This is a permanent role with a salary of £30k - £35k DOE.

    Our Client

    Our client is a Midlands-based PR agency that offers their clients PR, social media, digital and content services. They work with both B2B and consumer sectors including property and construction, healthcare, food and drink, retail and leisure so no two days are ever the same As one of PR Week's Top Agencies in the UK, they commit to working to energise their clients, being agile and full of creative problem-solvers. They are working in a hybrid approach with 3 days in the office and always looking at how they can be more flexible. They are fun, innovative and work in a collaborative way and understand that agency life can be busy and high-pressured.     The Role

    As PR Account Manager you will be owning your own portfolio of property and construction clients. You will be the main point of contact for your client, coming up with engaging PR and content strategies to achieve the best results. You will be a great project manager and enjoy being both strategic and also hands on in doing the do. You will also enjoy nurturing juniors in the team and sharing your expertise.

    About You

    • Experience working in the property and construction industry with a passion for the sector and a good understanding of this type of PR
    • Experience in being client-facing, managing a portfolio of clients and building incredible relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Experience in developing PR and content strategies and enjoy coming up with creative ideas and thinking outside the box
    • Able to report on PR campaign success, looking at coverage and content performance and feeding back into your strategy
    • A passion for people and enjoy nurturing juniors in the team
    • Hands-on with writing content and working with the media
    • You will love writing and be able to write for different audiences with some experience in writing press releases is key
    • You will enjoy building relationships and love networking. You will understand media relations and love securing coverage for your clients
    • Love the buzz of agency life and enjoy spinning lots of plates
    • Self-motivated and enjoy working from home as well as in the office
