    Business Developer UK

    For our multilingual UK operations and offshore into our South African operation, we are looking for an Hunter responsible for targeting and winning new logo business.

    Responsibilities

    Employee shall perform those services customary in a business development and sales roles, including, but not limited to:

    • Establish, nurture & develop a pipeline of potential sales leads
    • Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to Konecta UK prospects
    • Participating in tender response document preparation

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Team player with a proven track record of delivering, closing and signing new logo clients
    • Should have experience in prospecting & selling to 'C suite '
    • Strong Knowledge of the UK & SA market
    • Should have ability to create and deliver effective sales propositions
    • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong writing and oral communication skills
    • English Language skills
    • Logical, analytical thinking processes
    • Must be extremely detail oriented with ability to be productive under stressful, tight deadlines
    • Industry and operational knowledge to develop winning solutions

    Experience:

    • Must have at least 3 years successful sales track record in client relationships and new business acquisitions, forging winning collaborations across multiple industries.
