    Description
    Job Description I am working with the UK subsidiary of a well established international Private Bank.

    They are currently going through a period of growth and as a result are looking to hire a Head of Regulatory Reporting which will report to the Head of Finance.

    Ideally this individual will have a background in Regulatory Reporting within the Banking or Financial Services sector as well as having experience with ICAAP and ILAAP.

    Keep up to date with prudential regulatory requirements applicable to the Bank and ensure timely implementation of changes including updates to policies, procedures manual and relevant returns
    Review and supervision of the accurate and timely production of all prudential regulatory returns (including but not limited to BOE, FCA, COREP, FINREP, PRA110 and Pillar 3)
    Ensure accurate and timely production of all internal reports (including but not limited to liquidity, capital, ALCO, Group, CBN, Board and other ad hoc reports assigned by Head of Finance)
    Obtain Head of Finance and or CFO approval before submission of all prudential regulatory returns; note clearly and seek CFO approval for material judgements / policy exceptions
    Design and embed a checklist and monthly review documentation to evidence a robust review and challenge process over regulatory returns production process

    ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with 5+ years experience working within the Banking or Financial Services Sector
    Having an indepth understanding of ICAAP and ILAAP as well as capital and liquidity stress testing
    Up to date knowledge of prudential regulatory requirements
