Job Description:

Arm processors power billions of electronic devices worldwide. The Solutions Engineering team at Arm is responsible for creating cutting-edge compute systems and silicon that integrate Arm's IP. As a project manager in this team, you'll play a vital role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects that deliver innovative solutions to top technology firms globally. You'll collaborate with talented engineering teams locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Delivering next-generation products by working closely with engineering management, technical leads, program and product managers
Creating project plans, setting schedules, and overseeing projects to ensure on-time delivery and top-notch quality
Leading teams in identifying and managing project, technology, and business risks
Coordinating with Arm teams worldwide to align critical dependencies for Solutions Engineering projects
Reporting project status, risks, and issues to senior management and partners
Managing changes to project requirements, scope, budget, and schedule
Contributing to the enhancement of project processes and tools for improved efficiency

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in project management within semiconductor IP or silicon development
Proficiency in project scheduling and risk management
Familiarity with hardware and software lifecycle methodologies
Ability to lead and motivate design engineers and technical leads
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and across diverse functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying project information to leadership

'Nice To Have':

Experience with project planning tools like Jira and Microsoft Project
Knowledge of budget control, quality assurance, and project governance
Experience in complex program environments
PMP Certification
