About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you will assist our clients in making the most of the benefits platform by serving as the primary contact and ensuring maximum product value.
Your role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, leading to high client satisfaction rates and low turnover.

What We Are Seeking:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, B2B, or B2C.
Proficiency in German and English is a must.
A degree in technology or a related field.
Proficiency in Dutch is a plus (not mandatory).
Experience in troubleshooting, project management, or similar coordinating roles.
Prior exposure to SaaS or software is beneficial.
