    Vulnerability Senior Customer Support Specialist
    Locations: Northampton, London, Liverpool, or Sunderland

    As a Barclays Vulnerability Senior Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist our Advocacy team with vulnerable customers, showing empathy and resilience. We welcome candidates who can come to one of our main sites. Barclays, a leading financial institution, offers diverse career opportunities where you can make a real impact.

    Barclays provides a hybrid working experience that combines office and remote work. We have a structured approach where colleagues work on fixed days at the office for a minimum of two days a week. As we transition to hybrid work, arrangements may change to meet business needs.

    What will you be doing?

    - Providing excellent customer service on behalf of Barclays
    - Analyzing and resolving customer issues efficiently
    - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
    - Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers appropriately
    - Maintaining accurate customer records and escalating issues when needed

    Where will you be working?

    Northampton, the birthplace of Barclaycard, offers a modern and energy-efficient office. Doxford Park provides various facilities including a gym and banking services. Wavertree Park has a recently renovated contact center with on-site amenities. Churchill Place in Canary Wharf offers a vibrant atmosphere and onsite amenities like a gym and restaurant.
