    About the Job:

    • Join our team as a CRD SME Business Analyst in the IBOR Technology division
    • Contribute to the migration of IBOR to CRD's NextGen platform through requirements gathering and design support
    • Collaborate with global business partners to understand and address their needs effectively
    • Implement solutions within the technical ecosystem at JHI with a forward-thinking approach
    • Produce detailed process flow diagrams and documentation for project deliverables
    • Stay updated on changes in internal and vendor software to identify opportunities for enhancements
    • Work closely with technology teams to manage dependencies and resolve issues efficiently
    • Ensure accurate IBOR positions and valuations for investment professionals by collaborating with data teams
    • Participate in scrum ceremonies and take full responsibility for solution delivery
    • Create and manage test strategies and plans for system and user acceptance testing
    • Collaborate with Product Owners to address risks and issues, ensuring clear progress reporting and timely deliverables
    • Perform any other assigned duties as needed

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in CRD CRIMS and front office operations
    • Experience with IBOR maintenance and reconciliation
    • Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and solution implementation
    • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and investigation
    • Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed designs
    • Familiarity with financial instruments in Asset Management

    Preferred Skills:

    • IMC certification is beneficial
    • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
    • Understanding of messaging technologies for data communication
    • Knowledge of change delivery in asset management
    • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical concepts
