- Managing and maintaining client accounts within the manufacturing sector
- Ensuring prompt payment from clients
- Resolving any issues or queries relating to payments
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Liaising with clients and internal departments to resolve account discrepancies
- Producing monthly reports on account statuses
- Assisting with general administrative duties within the Accounting & Finance department

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
