    Job Description:
    As a Customer Service Associate at Benchmark Capital, you'll be the frontline contact for financial advisors and consumers


    Your role includes:

    • Confidently handling KYC & Due Diligence processes, SLA reporting, Client MI Transactions, and Support & Issue Resolution.
    • Addressing queries in line with established processes.
    • Taking ownership of queries till resolution.
    • Mastering Financial Services market platforms.
    • Proactively seeking solutions and offering feedback.
    • Contributing in team meetings and ensuring customer satisfaction against SLAs.

    Requirements:

    Essential:

    • Advocate for Treating Customers Fairly principles.
    • Strong phone etiquette and handling challenging calls.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
    • Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.
    • Organized with rapid rapport-building skills.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in Financial Services.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
