Due to continued growth and project wins, Murphy is currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to join our Water team.
As the Senior Document Controller you will be responsible for implementation, development, operation and collation of all contract documentation and computer records.
Manage the quality check process for documents. Assist in the collation and issue of project / site 'start-up' packs.Assist in the management of change by ensuring documents are processed correctly, made available to the commercial team and linked to the contract documents via CDE where a tool allows.
Assist with the development and training of document controllers and assistant document controllers.Provide Aconex training for all project staff within 5 working days of starting.
Assist with archiving of documents, ensure legibility and traceability
Note:
archiving should be electronic unless the contract or legislation states otherwise.
Ensure optimum performance of DC team for the portfolio of work, undertaking reviews for gains in efficiency.
Working knowledge of Document Management Systems such as Hummingbird, BIW and Aconex
