    Description

    You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, as well as contributing to the growth of GB Retail.

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help drive our long-term success.

    This position is available in either our Ipswich or London office and will be a hybrid role.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and their risk management requirements.
    • Collaborate with the service team to develop the best strategies for structure, pricing, and placement.
    • Identify opportunities for growth within the current portfolio and pursue new sales prospects.
    • Provide guidance and work closely with the CSE service team.

    Support Sales Process and Business Development

    • Proactively seek out opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
    • Network with other business units and external experts.

    Placement Management

    • Ensure contracts are processed in compliance with FCA regulations and contract certainty requirements.
    • Review market presentations, client documents, and policy coverage as needed.
    • Design pricing structures that align with clients' needs.

    Operational Excellence and Service Delivery

    • Provide exceptional client service while following WTW policies and procedures.
    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring revenue for the Business Unit.
    • Offer solutions and proposals to clients to improve retention rates.
    • Develop annual client service plans.
    • Manage KPIs/SLAs to ensure targets are achieved.
    • Offer feedback on necessary corrective actions for client retention and process improvement.

    Key Requirements:

    • Demonstrated expertise in account development and relevant tools.
    • Proficient in the new business sales process.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues, and external experts.
