    Description

    Senior Project Coordinator

    A new exciting opportunity has come up with financial services company who are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the team to ensure the successful delivery of various projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within scope. Maintain accurate documentation, manage project databases, and support the Project Managers in compiling Quarterly Monitoring & Impact reports.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and report output data, ensure records meet eligibility criteria, and provide relevant data analysis.
    • Compliance & Audits: Monitor events for compliance with funder guidelines, manage procurement activities, and ensure all project aspects conform to ISO standards. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.
    • Communication Support: Provide regular updates to team members, communicate with stakeholders and funders, and manage incoming enquiries effectively.
    • Budget Management: Liaise with the Finance team and Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on budget. Monitor expenditures and ensure spending compliance.
    • Support Role: Act as a support person for the team, attend project meetings in the Project Manager's absence, and undertake other administrative tasks as requested.

    Candidate Profile:

    Essential Skills:

    • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
    • Ability to develop effective filing and data management systems.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Good interpersonal skills and intermediate research skills with basic quantitative analysis capabilities.

    Desirable Skills:

    • General knowledge of innovation and social impact opportunities for business growth.
    • Welsh Speaking
    • Awareness of equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion.
    • Experience in project management.

    Personal Qualities:

    • Positive attitude, quick thinker, and self-motivated.
    • Reliable, flexible, and able to multitask.
    • High standards of work with close attention to detail.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer appropriate solutions.
