    Description

    Would you like to work for one of the leading global real estate firms?We are currently searching for an experienced Property Manager for one our clients' prime portfolios.

    Previous experience in the same similar role and portfolio is required, as you will be managing circa 100 residential properties and need to hit the ground running.

    They are highly respected across the sector and have strong relationships with all the leading UK and overseas property developers. Duties
    • Property Manager:Ensuring landlords are compliant with current legislation and contractual obligations to rent a propertyArranging repairs and maintenance within a reasonable time scaleDealing with insurance claims in a timely mannerVisiting properties at least once per tenancyProviding an advisory, forward thinking and bespoke service to clients to drive retention ratesDealing with end of tenancy deposit negotiations in a timely mannerProject managing any works projectsPerson profile
    • Property Manager:Experience in residential property management in a prime portfolio is required.
    Member of ARLA or NFoPP Level 3 is very beneficial.
    Exceptional customer service skillsPositive and proactive approach to running a portfolio and clientsConfident communicatorPackage - Property Manager:£31,500 & £6,000 bonus plus commsAmazing commission system in place (call to find out more)
