    Description

    Company and Role:
    Lottie is a HealthTech start-up on a mission to enhance later life for everyone and shape the future of the later living sector. They have raised over £20m and offer innovative products and services in the care and retirement living industry. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Lottie's Product team. This role is crucial in developing new features to enhance the search process for elderly care and improve services for families and care providers.

    Details:

    • Salary: £70,000 - £85,000
    • Benefits: 26 days holiday and more.
    • Equity: EMI share scheme for all team members.
    • Office Policy: Hybrid Remote with 2 core days in the office.
    • Location: London Bridge, London.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and delivering product features.
    • Managing work flow and prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
    • Addressing product bugs and issues promptly.
    • Analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
    • Conducting user testing and A/B testing.
