    Description
    Domestic assistant/Patient service Supervisor

    As a Domestic Assistant & Patient Service Supervisor at Sodexo at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester (M23 9LT), you are a key member of the of the Ward facilities team, overseeing a helpful and courteous catering service whilst supporting the team in providing a clean, hygienic environment.

    Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. Oversee the preparation/regeneration of patient meals whilst ensuring compliance of Food Hygiene regulations
    Ensure company expectations are met, this includes recording any necessary temperatures prior to service.
    Organise service of a range of snacks, hot and cold beverages that must be available to patients as instructed by nursing staff
    Ensure a level of cleanliness and hygiene for all equipment within the ward kitchens are compliant with company standards and expectations
    Management of household waste to be handled in accordance with the Trust's Infection Control and Waste Disposal policies
    Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box

    Approachable, compassionate, and friendly personality - The position holder will regularly form close bonds with long-term patients and their families.

    Food hygiene level 2 or above would be great, but don't worry if you don't have this, we are still keen to hear from you

    Shift pattern: 7:00-15:00
