    Netflix is a top player in the streaming entertainment industry, with 240 million paid subscribers worldwide enjoying a wide range of content like TV shows, documentaries, movies, and mobile games in various genres and languages.

    Subscribers have the freedom to watch, pause, resume, and switch plans at their convenience, anytime, anywhere.


    The primary goal of the Advertising team is to create a leading ads division that positions Netflix as the go-to platform for advertising partners and boosts ad revenue.


    Key responsibilities:
    - Collaborate with sales to establish an effective sales team capable of presenting Netflix's offerings to advertising clients.

    - Assist in implementing and managing crucial sales functions such as territory/role/channel design, sales process control, data cleanliness, and sales tool enhancement.

    - Contribute to developing and maintaining sales data, forecasting, and pipeline management for a global advertising business.

    - Conduct regular pipeline and business assessments.

    - Aid in creating consistent methods for sales process management.

    - Work with the sales and cross-functional teams to grasp their strategy and aid in execution planning.

    - Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance in collaboration with the sales and other teams, ensuring program effectiveness and business impact.

    - Support in exploring new strategic opportunities to shape the business roadmap.

    Requirements:
    - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations within the advertising or related sectors.
    - Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
    - Familiarity with agency and direct-client sales models.
    - Self-motivated individual with the capability to lead and contribute to complex large-scale projects effectively.
    - Strong team player open to diverse perspectives and experiences for making informed decisions.
    - Understanding of the advertising landscape, encompassing media channels and buying methods.
    - Ability to comprehend both intricate details and the broader scope of Sales Operations.
    - Proven track record of creativity, innovation, and implementing improved strategies.
    - Demonstrated skills in prioritizing and efficiently managing multiple projects.
