- Oversee day-to-day operations and output, including managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Pitch award winning social-first ideas to clients and prospects
- Align with the Creative Director to drive a strong creative vision and team collaboration
- Budgeting and commercial ownership
- Provide inspiration through creative leadership
- Experience in a Senior Creative role at an agency, with a focus on social media
- Deep understanding and preference for social and digital platforms
- Strategically minded and expert in creative strategy
- FMCG brand experience
- Experienced pitching for new business
- Visual/art background and strong on copy
- Up to 30 days A/L (depending on length of service), with Christmas shutdown and your birthday off
